Abstract
The study examines the relationship between finger length and finger flexibility among undergraduate students. Finger length is an important anthropometric characteristic of the hand, while finger flexibility contributes to effective hand movement, dexterity, and performance of activities requiring precise finger motion. Understanding the relationship between these characteristics may provide useful information on normal hand variation and functional movement among young adults. The study will assess the finger lengths of undergraduate students using standardized anthropometric landmarks and measurement procedures. Finger flexibility will also be evaluated through standardized range-of-motion procedures appropriate for the individual finger joints. The study will focus on selected fingers and will document variations in both finger dimensions and flexibility among the participants.
